Steakhouse Classics (second date)

Join us in the Watergrasshill Kitchen Studio for a hands-on cooking experience that brings the classic steakhouse dinner to life. In this interactive class, Chef Heidi will guide you step-by-step through the techniques behind perfectly seared ribeye and its timeless accompaniments.

You’ll learn how to select and prepare different cuts of beef, master proper seasoning, and achieve that coveted restaurant-quality sear. You'll begin your meal with a classic Caesar salad with from-scratch Caesar dressing and homemade croutons that elevate the entire meal. Chef Heidi will also demonstrate the art of a classic French béarnaise sauce to accompany the steak which will be served with crispy smashed red potatoes and broccoli steaks.
